Biography
Doug Troyer focuses his practice on real estate development and land use litigation.
Doug has tried numerous cases before Massachusetts state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, representing clients in a variety of municipal and administrative proceedings, and private dispute resolution forums.
He represents developers, retailers, restaurants, and individual owners in obtaining local and state permits for various types of development projects, and represents individuals, condominium associations, developers, and multinational corporations in land use disputes involving small parcels and huge tracts.Doug has lectured on real estate development, condominium law, and litigation for various organizations, including the Massachusetts Continued Legal Education, Community Associations Institute New England Chapter and Real Estate Bar Association.
