Successful developers of major public or private projects must manage a multitude of issues and processes that effect the planning, timing, financing, construction and operation of any project. Services provided by our attorneys include working with our clients on entity formation and structuring; negotiating property acquisitions and dispositions including land assembly; due diligence review in conjunction with other members of the project team; obtaining land use, rezoning, subdivision, environmental, and other project approvals for both new construction and the rehabilitation of existing facilities; negotiating and drafting construction and project management contracts; negotiating loan and other financing commitments and related loan documentation; securing and negotiating construction and permanent debt financing and refinancing; structuring equity participations; leasing; and the negotiation and closing on the disposition of completed projects.
